To return a rented or leased item, or to obtain a list of accessories shipped with your rented or leased item, contact us.
Please ensure you return all accessories, manuals and software. This ensures you will not be charged for missing items.
To return purchased equipment, call us at (800) 455-5445 (Mon.-Fri. 6:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST), and ask for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). This ensures we can match your equipment to your account and credit you correctly.
Please have the item asset number ready. If not , we can find your records using our RUSH order number or your purchase order number.
