Most dock issues can be solved by ensuring that the cables are all plugged into the correct ports. Many Lenovo docks, in particular, have 2 USB-C ports but only the one in the back with the laptop symbol above it can be used to connect your dock to the laptop. Using the wrong port to connect to the laptop could lead to issues such as USB devices and monitors not working when those are connected to the dock.
Directly above the lens, you will see a tiny shutter that you can slide to the right to open the camera.
Your VPN/Citrix is not managed by RUSH Computer Rentals. Please reach out to your company’s IT team for assistance with those issues before contacting RUSH. If they are unable to assist or resolve, please give us a call so we can help investigate further.
