Equipment Returns

To return a rented or leased item, or to obtain a list of accessories shipped with your rented or leased item, please click here.

Please check to ensure you are returning all accessories, manuals and any software provided with your equipment. This will ensure you will not be charged for any missing items.

To return purchased equipment, please call us at (800) 343-7368, Monday – Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Pacific Time, and ask for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). RMAs ensure we can match your equipment to your account and credit you correctly.

If possible, please have the item’s asset number on hand when you call. If it’s not available, we can always find your records using our RUSH Computer Rentals order number or your purchase order number.
