Sales Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy, with the following terms:

  1. Return Window:
    You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
  2. Return Conditions:
    • Defective Items or Damaged on Arrival (DOA): If the item is defective or damaged upon arrival, we will cover the full cost of return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement (based on your preference).
    • Non-Defective Returns: If the laptop is not defective and is returned for any other reason (such as customer change of mind, ordering the wrong model, or failing to read the condition code description), a 15% restocking fee will apply, no return label will be provided.
  3. Return Shipping & Return Label:
    • Return Label Provided: A prepaid return shipping label will only be provided for returns eligible under the following conditions:
      • The item is damaged upon arrival.
      • The item is Dead on Arrival (DOA).
      • The item was delivered in a condition that does not match the purchased condition code.
    • Customer Responsibility for Return Shipping: If the return is due to any reason other than the above, such as a change of mind or ordering the wrong item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  4. Condition of Item upon Return:
    • The item must be returned in the same condition as it was received, including all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
    • The item must be returned without any additional damage or wear. If the returned item is not in the condition it was sent, further deductions may be applied, or the return may be rejected.
  5. Restocking Fee:
    • If the return is not due to a defect or error on our part (i.e., customer change of mind, wrong model ordered, or failure to read condition code statement), a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
  6. Refund Process:
    • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please note that refunds may take up to 5-7 business days to process depending on your bank or payment provider.
  7. Non-Returnable Items:
    • Any item marked as “Final Sale”, “As Is” or otherwise excluded from returns will not be eligible for a return or refund.
